When booking your appointment please book for ALL services needed, each service is on a timed schedule. To avoid cutting into other clients time, if you don’t book all services needed, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled at the time you come in. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24hrs before, last minute cancellations will get charged 50% of their booked services. “No Shows” will also be charged 50% of the booked services & will go on a BAN list; meaning you will not be able to book future appointments. All appointments have a 10 minute late grace period, arriving after the grace period will result in your appointment being canceled/ rescheduled and you will be charged 50% of your booked services.
